TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the "BIG GAME" (Велика Гра) Online Course (hereinafter referred to as the "Course"). By purchasing any package of the Course, registering, or 
accessing the materials and the Telegram community, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "Participant", or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms 
of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Responsibility
Compliance with Rules: By enrolling in the Course, the User accepts full responsibility for following all rules, guidelines, schedules, and instructions 
provided by the administration and the lecturer.

Active Participation: To achieve the best results, the User is expected to participate in online lectures and engage respectfully within the community.

Age Requirement: The User confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

2. Compliance with the Laws of Ukraine
Legal Conduct: The User explicitly agrees to conduct all their business activities and interaction within the Course in strict compliance with the 
current legislation of Ukraine.

Prohibited Content: The propagation of illegal activities, fraud, tax evasion schemes, or any content that violates the laws of Ukraine within the 
Course platform or the Telegram community is strictly prohibited.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Final Sale: All payments for the Course packages (Base – 400 UAH, Community – 799 UAH, Maximum – 999 UAH) are final, non-negotiable, and 100% non-refundable.

Non-Participation: The no-refund policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to: the User’s inability to attend or watch the 
lectures, voluntary withdrawal from the program, personal emergencies, or technical issues on the User's end.

Value Delivered: Payment is made for granting access to the materials and the community starting July 1, 2026. Once access is provided, the service is 
considered fully rendered.

4. Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure (NDA)
Copyright Ownership: All materials, including video lectures, presentations, text, P&L templates, AI prompt guides, and curriculum structures, are the 
exclusive intellectual property of the Course Author.

Ban on Disclosure: The Participant does not have the right to copy, distribute, resell, publish, or disclose the Course program, lecture content, 
recordings, or any parts thereof to third parties.

Community Confidentiality: Information, business cases, numbers, and personal insights shared by other participants or the lecturer inside the Telegram 
community are strictly confidential. Sharing screenshots or details outside the group is an explicit violation of these Terms.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT CLAUSES FOR YOUR PROTECTION
5. Single-User Access Limitation (Anti-Piracy)
Individual Use: Each purchase grants a license for one (1) individual user only.

No Account Sharing: Sharing your personal account login details, lecture links, or the unique Telegram community invite link with business partners, 
colleagues, or friends is strictly forbidden.

Monitoring: The administration reserves the right to track IP accesses. If automated system checks detect simultaneous logins or unauthorized link 
distribution, your access will be permanently revoked without warning or refund.

6. Earnings and Results Disclaimer (No Financial Guarantees)
No Guarantee of Success: While the Course Author possesses 10 years of experience and a track record of driving over $100,000,000 in cumulative growth for 
hundreds of entrepreneurs, past performance does not guarantee future results.

Individual Execution: The success of scaling your business depends entirely on your own execution, market conditions, financial investments, and effort. 
The Course provides educational tools, not a guaranteed financial outcome.

7. Right to Dismissal / Termination of Service
Zero Tolerance for Toxic Behavior: The Course administration reserves the right to immediately remove a Participant from the Telegram community and revoke 
access to the Course without a refund if the Participant engages in:

Spamming, unauthorized advertising, or soliciting other members.

Direct insults, hate speech, or disrespectful behavior toward the lecturer or other participants.

Publicly defaming the Course or undermining the community spirit.

8. Force Majeure
Unforeseen Events: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to circumstances beyond their 
reasonable control, including but not limited to war, military actions, blackouts, cyberattacks, or governmental restrictions in Ukraine. In case of 
force majeure, the start date (July 1) or lecture schedule may be adjusted accordingly.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or in connection with 
these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled in the appropriate courts of Ukraine.
